Positive: Lovely area for a nice break away. Lady who met with keys very welcoming and nice

Negative: Property could have been cleaner, lots of cobwebs which hadn’t been cleaned, plates & cutlery visibly dirty and bed in double bedroom very uncomfortable. Also didn’t use the hot tub as visible bird faeces in the bottom of the hot tub

Positive: Anthony is a great host and is always on hand for any queries.

Negative: Use of a travel cot and high chair would have been a great addition. Hot Tub chemicals were over powering at stages, maybe one to look at.

Positive: The whole stay was superb ! The lodge and facilities where fantastic and the owners where so lovely and nothing was too much trouble ! Did have early morning wake up call with the local birds but can’t wait to go back !! It was such a lovely clean well laid out lodge and the hot tub was full and hot ready to go in .

Negative: Maybe a little more info on how to use the cooker and heating as it was a bit of a struggle as we hadn’t used it before and maybe a little welcome pack on what’s around and a few local numbers like takeaway, pubs , taxis etc .

Summary: Woodsman’s lodge is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway in such a lovely surrounding.

Positive: The lodge was, warm spacious, modern open plan. Used the hot tub both nights it was lovely. Close to town with lots of different shops and quaint. Will definitely be going back .
