Summary: Great hotel for a short break. Was generally happy with Stay, staff members were very friendly, especially Nabeela. Only point I would like to raise is, we were disappointed with the rooftop view we had from the room, thought hotel was full, so we just excepted it. We like to look relax and look out of the window.

Summary: Nice hotel, nice room, breakfast was good. Down side was the bar doesn’t open until 5pm and closes early as well!!!!

Summary: The hotel is in a good location for sight seeing. The breakfast was okay, hot and cold choices. Evening meal was not kept warm enough the food was cold and served on cold plates also not much choice.It is a conference hotel. The sink in the bathroom was blocked we reported it and they did clear it. The safe was not working it needed new batteries.

Summary: Comfortable 4* but rooms are very hot. Good breakfast. The place is also a bit of a maze to find your way back to reception. Could do with more signs.

Summary: Nice room but spoit by dirty shower that was blocked and flooded bathroom if left on any longer than a few minute's, windw was complety broken and couldnt shut ad our stay was in February. Such a shame as oterwise nice hotel ! We let staff know on checking out as was too tired night of arriving on our stay and told them of issues very politely but didnt get a thabkyou or a sorry which was a shame as we were very amenable.
