Positive: Super pretty location within walking distance of the castle and shops. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Perfect accommodation for a group of friends. Very pretty garden with large table and bench seats. Luxurious feel to the property.

Negative: Kitchen table chairs could do with cushions. Bench seats around the dining table in the lounge were uncomfortable. Lounger/day bed chairs for the garden would have been nice.

Summary: Fantastic weekend away with school friends.

Positive: It is well equipped and very central - we were able to walk to the Castle and to the Town Centre. It was beautifully clean and a very acceptable welcome package with a lovely note had been left in the kitchen. In addition because it was between Christmas and New Year, the downstairs had been beautifully decorated. It was above and beyond what we expected.

Negative: It has clearly been extended and modernized over the years which means it is lovely but also you have to watch out for little steps between passages - I stubbed my toe a couple of times. Parking a bit tight but ok.

Negative: Disappointed to have to strip beds, empty bins etc before the check out deadline of ten a.m. I feel that the amount paid for the property should cover bed stripping!

Positive: Fireplace. Cosy vibe. Generous kitchen. Own garden.

Negative: No option of lighter or single duvets. Mattress in master bed was soft. Needs another reading lamp near sofa in sitting room. No vegetable peeler, electric beater and a few other essentials.
