Positive: The hosts were welcoming and helpful to us when we arrived, sharing some information about the area in case we needed a supermarket or fuel station. The place was lovely, clean and comfortable and had all of the promised facilities and household items that we needed. The area is great too! We spent the day out in Rye exploring the town and had a great time.

Positive: Warm, comfortable, clean with everything you need for a lovely stay. Great location for Rye and the coast. Quickly able to access quiet lanes for cycling.
Negative: Parking is manageable but not straightforward but John advised us of this before we arrived so we knew what to expect.

Positive: Location was perfect as we needed to stay over after a local event in the day, and it was quiet (well back from the road). Nicely appointed apartment with company but beautiful bathroom (nice shower) and a comfortable bed. The reclining armchairs wee so good I fell asleep in mine. And John and Jackie were very helpful.
Negative: We were able to connect to the Wi-fi router with no problems but the speed was so slow that we were not able to do anything with it, but we were both so tired after the event that it didn't matter.

Positive: Quiet and charming. Friendly owners. Easy cab ride to Rye. Great that there was tea coffee and milk in the fridge. Good kitchen equipment etc.
Negative: Coffee was instant. There was a cafetiere, so bring your own ground coffee if you are fussy!

Positive: I was invited to a wedding very close by, so for me the location was wonderful, but I was also very impressed by the quality of the appliances and the cleanness. The housekeeper was also very accommodating, especially as I checked in very late.
