Summary: Lovely room with everything you needed, including a fan which was a nice extra. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious ! There was a car park literally next door which you can pay by app so just top up the time when needed.

Summary: The rooms are well renovated and modern despite the building being older than my country. The biggest problem is Rye is an absolute pain in the arse to find parking in without getting absolutely rorted. Like seriously, you can't stop anywhere without paying for the privelege

Summary: Lovely welcome upon arriving, nice bedroom with all the amenities, did not have dinner but had a lovely breakfast with friendly service, the only thing that I was disappointed in was the toilets in the bar area where the cubicle didn't have a lock and it wasn't exactly clean in there, all in all would recommend a stay as good location for everything including train station and nice and quiet at night.

Summary: Great location right in the centre of Rye and the staff were helpful. The room was bright and well cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been nice to get a bit more ventilation as the weather was so hot. Also the WI-FI was rather unreliable, working at first and then stopping. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.

Summary: Not having AC is common, but the only fan was not even near the window so your room is hotter than it was outside. No water refill after we asked and the young blonde lady seemed very annoyed any time we asked for ice.

Summary: Lovely very old pub in fabulous location. There is limited parking (3 spaces), but we could park on the road, ( free between 6pm and 9am). Check in was easy. Room was at top up several flights of stairs. Room was compact, with a step up to the bathroom. Fan to help cool room. Normal selection of tea and coffee with usual biscuits. Fresh milk was provided on check in. Compact bathroom with a shower. Sink was too small with a shelf and soap bottle above it , making it difficult to use for washing or shaving. We dined in the bar, no tables available in reception. Steak night on Thursdays. Good value. We didn't have breakfast. Check out was easy.
