Positive: Ollie was a delight. He literally does everything but all with good grace and humour. Rooms are lovely.

Negative: Single use toiletries in plastic bottles. Pretty but why????? I don’t use them in hotels now and favour booking hotels that use refillable containers. Please consider this. Thank you!

Positive: The front office staff (Megan) was so friendly and engaging. The room was very neat.

Negative: I think the pricing was exorbitant for the facility. I was also told I would have to pay to use the swimming pool. Given the pricing, I imagined they were add ons, hence the reason for booking it. It was also far from the town centre.

Negative: Charges £15 if check in after 8. It snowed that day and no exceptions, it would have been £15 to get there when the snow had subsided. Although I had put I would be there between 6 & 8, at 5.30 they randomly to ask my arrival time. Roadworks outside so didn’t see any signs for the place and no name on the building. Room freezing as radiator off. Very cold day and was shocked no heating in the room.

Summary: Wouldn’t book again. Not very user friendly.
