Positive: The rooms were very comfortable. The location to the university is perfect. Matilda Bay, a 15 min walk from the hotel, is an excellent restaurant.

Negative: The drinking water should be replaced every day. The restaurant was partially closed when we were there.

Negative: There was unforeseen maintenance of their restaurant and they provided us a hot breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the food was cold.

Positive: Amazing location and large sized rooms. It was lovely having the balcony and fly screen to enjoy the fresh air too!

Negative: Short-staffed reception meant longer wait times.

Positive: Location, comfortable bed, early chec-in was accommodated

Negative: Weird setup, upper ground floor felt like an outer house with freezing cold corridor. Climat controller in the room was extremely difficult to use, had to employ help from a lovely receptionist to be able to even turn it on. Instructions in the room would probably help. Reception is understaffed, unable to even answer guests phone calls during check-in/check-out hours. Can’t comment on food because based on the previous reviews decided not to use restaraunt. Overall it was ok for one night and it served the intended purpose.
