Positive: Aesthetically pleasing. Very comfy beds. Had the best sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about my stay.

Negative: Parking is a little walk away, but it was okay.

Positive: Loved the location. Stunning hotel - it is perfect in term of comfort

Negative: Staff were average and you could definitely tell it was a 3-4 star hotel. Overall average service. When we checked in the room Had less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper , no spare supplies in the room. Reception was average with assistance in general. Breakfast buffet was super average - some of the food was dried out and looked old despite us arriving when it opened .

Positive: Rooms were very clean. Nice view of the river that we paid additional for. Good breakfast set up.

Negative: Slightly picky but whoever designed or selected the basin and tap in the bathroom needs too go back to design school. Nice basin but a long tap spout just above the basin rendering it completely useless to wash your face or even fit a glass under to get water. Next - weird little slot cut outs for the cupboard handles - great for jamming and twisting your fingers in. Look great but completely useless. Parking limited to 9 bays underground at $25 a day or park out on the street. Daikin air conditioner panel - weird and unusual. No instructions - apparently should be a set of instructions above the panel so we are not the only ones who struggled to decipher this. Graciously told me that hotel wouldn't be charging for the second cup of coffee at the breakfast that was included - there were two people at breakfast. Go figure that reasoning.

Negative: We had coffee pods in our room but no coffee machine. So we went to make a tea instead but you can’t actually fill up the kettle with water because it doesn’t fit in the sink in the bathroom to do so
