Negative: Oven would not stay lit, the bed was not the most comfortable and neither was the couch.

Positive: We really loved the apartment, which is in a beautiful and quiet area, very cosy, beautiful, and tastefully decorated by Terry, the owner. We spent a month there and felt almost like home. Terry is a very welcoming, easy-going, and wonderful person. We had a great time there and will try to come back next year. We definitely recommend it.

Positive: Location next to UWA and Matilda Bay was superb. Excellent access to a nearby shopping centre with long opening hours. Purple cat bus was very useful to get to West Perth for business. Nice styling of the unit.

Negative: Active construction site across the road was noisy at times. Occasionally it was difficult to get a parking spot on site. Purple cat bus was not available one day that I needed it! Sometimes it was difficult to login into the Wifi.

Negative: Second bedroom was a little cramped (basically like an enclosed veranda) but still quite comfortable.
