Wongin at Redgate Forest Retreat can accommodate up to 7 people. Quality furniture and fittings throughout provide a beautiful space for friends and family to relax. A large trampoline provides hours of fun for children and adults alike. The large back yard is fenced and welcoming for furry family members.
Inside, the master bedroom is a generous size with a kingsize bed, ensuite and great views to the plantation. The second bedroom and the main bathroom were designed for wheelchair access with generous spaces for easy access and quality fittings. The third bedroom can be set up with three long single beds or a kingsize bed and long single bed - whatever set-up suits you.
The lounge area boasts a 50" LCD wall-mounted tv complete with dvd/bluray player, Foxtel and an HDMI connection should you choose to bring your own device.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with quality items.
The bbq area in the alfresco area at the front provides the best view, just catching the morning sun and in prime position to watch the sun go down.
Wongin Chalet is on 167 acres in the beautiful southwest region of Western Australia. It is 5 minutes from Redgate Beach, Leeuwin Estate, Voyager Estate and Watershed wineries, 10 minutes from Margaret River and 15 minutes from the local caves. The property itself has a small olive grove, a 70 acre bluegum plantation, paddocks with sheep and cows and a 50 acre natural bush area with trails.

Summary: Stayed at Redgate Forrest Retreat with our dog and it was fantastic. Everything is new, clean and works perfectly. The King beds are super comfortable with a choice of super soft to a bit firmer so you can pick the one thats right fo you. They have thought of everything here. 5 start hotel quality but in a beautiful country setting. The cows were super cute and friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We stayed for three nights, property is clean and in a quiet environment. Owner is super friendly and always responds promptly. Good to see some animals around us, both my family and my furry baby enjoyed the stay :)

Summary: We stayed for a full week this July. Could easily have spent longer. We stayed in the Wongin chalet which had a wonderfully safe enclosed back yard that was entirely safe for our 4 month old puppy. She loved all of the Autumn leaves she got to play with. Our boys also had fun out there, as well as cycling and scootering on the very safe property. We could all relax. The chalet is the best equipped that I have ever stayed in - quality kitchen appliances and bed linen. I would also like to add how warm and comfortable the chalet was. I have frozen at every other place we have stayed in before at this time of year. Not the case here. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will happily return in the future. Thank you.

Summary: This place has everything we needed for a holiday in Margaret River, it’s really nice to be surrounded by nature while just a short drive away from vineyards and town center. The bed in the master room is so comfortable we just fall into deep sleep as soon as we hit the bed each day!
