Summary: This studio apartment is very well laid out and comfortable. The bathroom is large and has double sinks and a nice shower. Overall, the apartment is spacious for a studio, very clean, and nicely appointed. There are some rock steps to get down to the apartment so care should be taken. I was there for two days of fishing and it is very close to Monastery Lake and the Pecos River. The location is excellent. Communications with the host were very good. I will stay there again.

Summary: This super clean studio casita was a peaceful and comfortable retreat! It features a full kitchen with a 4-burner stove and oven, a large bathroom with a deep tub and plenty of hot water, and a cozy living area with a comfy couch, fireplace, and hi-def TV. The WiFi was strong, the street was quiet, and there’s a lovely outdoor seating area with a fire pit and wood provided. Good off-street parking with lots of room.The location is ideal—just minutes from Glorieta Pass and Pecos National Historical Park, and about 30 minutes to downtown Santa Fe. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a more rural setting with easy access to the city. The major highway (I-25) is nearby, so this is a great spot for travelers who prefer cozy accommodations over major roadside hotels and motels.There is no air conditioning, which might be something to consider in warmer months but the nights are often cool in this area. The walk from the parking area to the casita is down a very short, rocky hill that could be difficult for those with mobility or balance issues. We had a wonderful and restful stay, and enjoyed the nearby historical and archeological sights.
