Falcon Cove - Seeing is believing!! This is a very tranquil neighborhood nestled in the forest about 1/2 mile from hwy. 101. The area is beautiful with not a lot of traffic or noise. There is a local herd of elk that visit frequently. This house is everything you could hope for when you visit the coast. This is a two bedroom two bath home with a nice airy open floor plan and large windows to enjoy the wonderful ocean view. The house has a reverse living design - with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs. The living area has a glass sliding door that provides access to a wrap-around deck with spectacular views of the ocean. The kitchen and dining area are large enough to provide for lots of entertaining. The area, located just three miles north of Oswald West State Park and Short Sands Beach, provides plenty to do with hiking trails, beach walking and surfing. At low tide there is a nice sandy beach, just a couple minute walk from the house. There is also a TV/VCR/Stereo and plenty of reading material and games. Previous guests have commented to 'what a great view there was' and 'how well you could hear the sounds of the ocean'. So whatever you choose to do, this place offers it all.

Summary: We loved this property. It was such a treat to have an ocean view as a winter storm rolled in. The upstairs is a cozy gathering space with charm. Downstairs the bedrooms were comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating.

Summary: My husband has family who live in the area and we loved being so close to them! This house accommodated us perfectly! Overall it’s a 5 stars for us! I wish the listing photos were a little better with showing this beautiful home. We went off of other peoples reviews and I’m so glad we did! So for anyone who wants to know… you walk into the home on the ground level which consists of the 2 queen sized bedrooms and the larger of the two bathrooms. This bathroom has a standing shower and one sink, plus the washer and dryer which are tucked away. Then you can go upstairs to the kitchen, living room, large wrap around deck and also the second bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo and one sink. Both bathrooms are spacious. I really wanted to see photos of the bathrooms beforehand to make sure there was a tub to bathe small children. So for anyone who would like to know this information, there you go.

SeaBreeze is by far the best vrbo I’ve stayed in. It’s spotlessly clean, has furnishings that are comfortable and stylish, and is supplied with everything needed. The bedrooms are cozy with beds that induce sleep. My favorite aspect is the view of the ocean. I sat on the deck for hours mesmerized by the sites and sounds of the water. We were there at the perfect time to watch the sun sink into the water each evening. Although not a drawback for us, it’s important to know that accessing the beach is not easy if you’re older or have health issues. We simply drove to beaches nearby to satisfy our yearning for beach walks.
