When you find yourself having a bit of downtime, the whole gang will love the soaring ceilings, living room fireplace, shiplap accents, brand new paint, and beautiful furnishings that set this home apart. Everyone can gather in the living area as the sun goes down or retreat to one of the four bedrooms to get some privacy. The primary suite is on the lower floor, featuring an attached bath, and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor.

Summary: It felt like a home not just a house. Furniture and beds were super comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked with whatever you needed. We loved our week here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: This was second year of staying at Luna Sea. The most peaceful and relaxing vacation location that I have experienced. The breeze from the ocean the kayaking to the beach the fishing in the creek make this location different than most locations. Deer and turkey and the many different birds are a natural oasis. All you need provided in the house and on the grounds for the perfect step away from life’s burdens. Better seen than told.

Summary: We spent 4 nights with grandparents and 4 teen-agers. Perfect set up for everyone. Plenty of fun on the dock, in the creek, and floating and paddling out to beach. And great views and breezes just sitting in the porch. Perfect lay-out for our three generations too. Wonderful trip!

Summary: The private access to the dock was perfect to keep our 13 yr old grandson and his friend busy. We caught some nice fish the first couple of days and shrimp in the cast net and crabs to provide two nice meals. The inside of the house was amazing with creek and ocean views from the decks and bedrooms. Great place for a family to come and relax and feel safe letting their older kids explore the property.

Summary: One of the most peaceful and relaxing beach rentals my family have stayed at. The home offers all that is needed for a a great vacation. The views and privacy as well as inlet waters and ocean access makes it one of a kind vacation spot in the Carolinas.

Summary: This is probably one of the best homes we’ve rented with an amazing view. The back porch rocking chairs overlooking the marsh and the ocean are perfection. The house is furnished beautifully and has most everything needed. Beds are quite comfortable. We brought our small jon boat which was very easy to launch and keep at the dock during the week. Some items to note - the dishwasher, while seemingly new, didn’t work. It was functional - it’s just a terrible, terrible dishwasher. So we had to wash most dishes by hand. The downstairs under the house is in desperate need of being cleaned. Just a good hosing off would help a lot. There also weren’t any measuring spoons or measuring cups in the kitchen. Not a big deal - just tricky when trying to bake.
