Summary: Beautiful House. Great location/distance from Beach Access 25. Advertised as having ocean-view...um, even from 3rd floor balcony MINIMAL-AT BEST to NO OCEAN VIEW, but you can HEAR the ocean. The kitchen trash can placement was a little awkward for us when someone else using counter appliances. 👍👍🏖

Summary: Enjoyed a week with family and friends with plenty of room to gather or have space. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and grill. We enjoyed all of the bike trails around the island. Overall the house was surface clean, but could use a good deep cleaning especially the bathrooms. There was sand in the bathrooms when we got there and there was mold in the showers.
