Rabbit is located in the grounds of a working farm and as such, there will be farm activities, vehicles and animals within the vicinity of the holiday let with their related noises. Please follow the marked tracks and be aware of machinery and livestock during your stay
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk

Please note this is a working farm and dogs will need to be kept on the lead at all times as the garden is not enclosed. Please note there is CCTV located on the drive to the farm, however, there is no CCTV overlooking the property
