Summary: Very nice staff. We were upgraded as it was my partner's birthday and the room was lovely. Very nice big bed. Our car wouldn't start when we checked out and the staff were very quick to get someone to come round and to jump start our car. Lovely stay.

Summary: We received a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely and spacious. It was very clean and had a large bathroom including complimentary toiletries.

Summary: We did not stay, we wanted to change our date to the following day but were told we had to contact Expedia, who told also told us that we had to contact the hotel, so with neither taking responsibility or helping, especially when there was a room available so it was just a straight swap, our one night away a year was spoilt. Sadly I don’t feel Comfortable or confident in using this hotel or Expedia again.
