Summary: We really enjoyed our visit to Arvada. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a great (fenced in) yard for the dog. The house was in a wonderful location-tucked back in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. The host was kind enough to provide bedding, towels, paper good, and chocolate treats! We hope to return to the area again soon!

Summary: We had a quick stay near Denver and the location was a great, quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the patio, the kitchen accessories and huge movie and music choices. Amazing kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again anydaybeds

Summary: We needed a place to stay where our adult children could join us for a family Christmas get together. This place was perfect! There was a fabulous kitchen to prepare our meal, a large table where we could all eat together, a big backyard that our dog enjoyed, and the house was even decorated for Christmas! Rich was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend renting this property from Rich!

Summary: The house was great. The enclosed patio, and the back yard were awesome and a great place to relax in the evening. We felt very comfortable there, it was clean with plenty of extras. Rich was a great host and checked in on us and willing to answer any questions. it is in the perfect location for us, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again.

Summary: Very nice place with a beautiful kitchen and everything you could ever need. It has a nice fenced in back yard that was perfect for our little guy. Shower was awesome and the bed we used was very comfortable. It was a little odd at first finding out that the owner still lived there so his things were there but we got over that once we realized we had the best of everything (great TP for example) because the owner used the same stuff. We would definitely stay here again!
