Positive: Second time we've been back here. Absolutely love the cottage and location. Close to the coast and amenities and just such a homely, warm cottage. It is so quiet and dark there on a night and the bed is super comfy! we had the best night's sleep in ages ☺️ Thank you x

Negative: Nothing! The stairs are steep but there are stair gates if you have children!

Positive: The property was just what we wanted for a break between Christmas and New Year. The location was perfect but still within a few miles of the beaches and busier places. It was cosy and had everything we needed.

Negative: The log burner took some manging. We have one at home so are used to using one but we had to have the kitchen window open to give it some draw and it was hard to keep it going.

Summary: Relaxing and cosy and the perfect place to reset after Christmas ready for the new year.

Positive: Cottage was everything you should expect. Clean, well appointed and location is good for touring North Norfolk. An amount of agility is required to tackle the stairs and caution to not bump your head but that's part of the charm.

Negative: Nothing about the cottage but a little expensive as the season runs down.

Positive: A compact, beautifully decorated cottage. Lovely, cosy living room with very effective radiator. Large Smart TV with streaming services. Very well equipped kitchen with everything needed. Lots of storage space in the main bedroom. Private parking space behind cottage and a garden space provided. Excellent communication and comprehensive, helpful information provided. Hosts kindly left us wine and snacks. 3 miles from Burgas Market which has restaurants, shops, take-aways. We would return.

Negative: Very steep stairs but not too many.

Summary: A lovely, comfortable cottage in a quiet village close to amenities.

Positive: great location for exploring the beaches and pine forest. great pubs around. super quiet, nice little walks on your doorstep. Nice farm-shop type supermarket in nearby town. House overlooks farm fields. The lounge was comfy and has a smart tv. we didn't cook in the kitchen, but seemed to be everything needed.

Negative: Only small thing was that the single bed was quite a narrow one because it's in the eves. If using for an adult maybe use the trundle format to turn it into a double.

Positive: The cottage was perfect for a family stay. nice touches and nicely decorated too. We were a family of 4 with 2 little kids and the size was good. Kelly thought of everything to make the cottage a great holiday getaway including games, books and local sightseeing info. great responsive host.

Negative: The stairs are very steep & twist. They may not suit young children or people with mobility issues.
