Negative: No light in kitchenette TV didn’t work After hours service after 5.00pm non responsive until 8.00pm Morning disturbed by gardener blowing leaves away with scratching petrol blower on pavement outside the rooms. This should be started after 10.00am when guests are expected to vacate premises.

Positive: Large, comfortable room in a quiet and peaceful setting near the river. We were there for a function and it was great having a room just metres away from the function centre. Staff was very obliging.

Negative: Only tiny complaint was no complimentary biscuits or snack to have with our cup of tea.

Negative: 2 beds pushed together to make a king - they were uneven and not so comfortable on my side Some dead and live cockroaches Slippery shower floor as water would spray across the floor as shower curtain was removed
