This home, built by the predecessor owner in 1972, is very close to the River, although you cannot see it through the trees. It is situated on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott.
The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out.
There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses.
The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away with several restaurants, bars, coffeeshop and grocery store . Enjoy beautiful sunset along the river, easy access public boat ramp, bike and snowmobile trails throughout. 20 minutes drive to Afton Alps. 15 minutes to wineries and apple orchards. 35 minutes to Treasure Island.

Summary: A lovely, comfortable well- equipped home in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for week long stay for our family with adult children and one grandchild. Private lush yard fragrant lilac shrub and nice azaleas in bloom. Pergola and patio with table and chairs for grilling. Game room! Foosball and console vintage video games were great!Communication with hosts was excellent

Summary: Property is clean and has everything you need for weekend with friends. We loved that the kitchen had so many additional appliances than you normally see at a VRBO. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Summary: Placed in a really nice & quiet neighborhood. We went to the nearby (6 minutes away) Freedom Park to see the Mississippi River and watch the sunset - gorgeous!The house is cozy, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, kitchen stuff, comfy beds, tons of towels and really great appliances! Also, I had a quick question for the hosts and they were very helpful and responsive. Their house info is also very organized and clear.I can definitely recommend!

Summary: Great house, we could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything we needed was right there parking was easy with the game room as an extra bedroom gave our son and his girlfriend privacy. It didn’t feel like there were actually six of us staying there. Love the grounds and all of the wildlife would definitely recommend this and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you. Rachelle
