Summary: The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental description, but don’t plan on getting much sleep unless you are a deep sleeper. The arcade room is cute but the games are worn and the ability to play can be limited. All of the darts for the dart board have been broken so that is not an option to play. Still a cute place, I would stay again, I would just have to set my expectations a little differently for my sleeping setup.

Summary: This location was great close to bars and restaurants. The place was very clean, unique and the balcony over looking downtown was a very nice place to sit, relax and watch the night life.

Summary: I was so impressed with this cute unit and location right off of Main St., Prescott! The deck with the propane fire pit was the bomb! It’s everything you could want for a simple but luxury stay! Megan was terrific as the property owner & very attentive to requests. This whole property is the place you should plan your next getaway!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay which the Cove was centralized to the activities we had planned. Our place had everything we needed and great views of the river. We even used the game room to burn some time which we played a few rounds of darts and ping pong. The only downfall was the train at night which the horn was rather loud however this was communicated in the booking. We would come back again if ever in the area. Thank you letting us stay at your place!!
