Top floor condo with sweeping views of the ski mountain, downtown and the Steamboat valley. Winsome is the perfect description, small but complete.
The floorplan is efficiently laidout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Our one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people.
Recently remodeled, it is well appointed and has all the amenities needed. High speed WiFi. The living room has large windows on 2 sides. The kitchen comes equipped with a full compliment of cooking essentials. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with the window looking up to Thunderhead gondola.
Except for a small owner's closet, guests can use the entire condo. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the main floor of the building. 2 parking lots for ample parking. We recommend using the upper lot to minimize the stairs to 1 flight.
Our condo is perfect for Steamboat guests wanting to be outside exploring. A comfortable place to base your adventures from. A car is helpful but if you prefer, the free bus is a 1/3 mile.

Summary: This was my first getaway with my new partner. Your place was super cozy, had everything we needed & we loved enjoying happy hour on the front porch, awaiting the beautiful sunset each evening. We ate all of our meals in the condo. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking! What a wonderful time we had in Steamboat and your place was a big part of that!

Summary: We were in Steamboat for a concert and Strawberry Hot Springs. This was a great spot with beautiful views! The location and directions were easy and check in was seamless. It was really close to the venue and my new favorite gluten-free bakery! The condo had everything we needed except a pen or pencil to write in the guest book. The bed was a little too soft for us, but still a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Summary: Exhaust fan from unit below noise and vibration affected our whole stay.Notified but no change until we left a note on their door but new tenant and same problem.Pots and pans and fridge uncle and dirty on arrival.We had to clean everything before use.
