Negative: Room on the ground floor is right at the entrance, facing the street. Highly prone to noise disturbance (which we faced), especially from other guests getting in / out and closing the main door really loud.

Summary: Nice property, close to city with parking and kitchen. If possible, avoid room on the ground floor.

Positive: Lovely, clean, homely, easy walk into the CBD. Tesco's is a 2 minutes walk away, downstairs is gorgeous too (communal area). On our two-night stay we didn't run into any other guests, also had no issue with noise inside or outside the accom! Happy days.

Negative: Its not even a dislike but it would be nice to have glasses for the jug of water in the room :)

Positive: The location was excellent for all the bars in both salthill and the city.Tesco was a 2 minute walk which was ideal. Car parking on site an added bonus

Positive: Great spot for exploring Galway city! Short walk, maybe 10 mins, to the centre and right beside Salthill. Parking in particular was great to have, with there not being many free alternatives close to the centre. The accommodation was lovely and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Check in/out via lockbox and information communicated well in advance. No complaints!

Positive: Halfway to bay and half way to city center. Good location Very clean and seemed new. Nice touch w basket w chips and candy bar Would have rather had sealed water bottles than filled glass water bottle didn’t know if contaminated or fresh.

Negative: Rules should be spelled out to clients. Ie if going to use washer and dryer, you need to stay with it. For us, it was being used but wasn’t touched for 6-7 hours and we needed to use it. There was no Kleenex, paper towels or napkins. No instructions on how to use stove. Bathroom had no counter space. Or outlets to shave or dry hair. Bed was hard. Not comfortable. Blanket would have been nice in case needed. Could have had extra towels available

Positive: The location, size and amenities provided were very nice, good size rooms, nice space and snacks and water provided with a communal kitchen space. There is parking available, which is definitely a plus and the communication from the proprietor seemed clear. It was a very easy walk into town from this location which was ideal for not having to bring the vehicle back and forth, I'd say even good for those travelling without a vehicle.

Negative: The walls are incredibly thin and with people coming and going all day and night, it was incredibly disruptive. We were unable to sleep at all, and another guest tried to access our room while they were having issues getting into theirs. Highly stressful and not what I was expecting. The beds are incredibly firm and not that comfortable and it was hard to access the keys as the lockboxes were very finicky. All added stressors to the stay.

Summary: Great location, thin walls.
