Positive: I received all the information by email before arrival. Everything was in order and access was easy. We appreciated the fully equipped apartment with all appliances, two bathrooms, very clean environment, lots of space and a large dining table for the whole family.

Negative: The only thing I have to mention was that the air conditioning from the building below us was too noisy, so we couldn't open the windows in the bedroom at night.

Summary: The apartment was perfectly prepared and clean. I definitely recommend it even for families.

Positive: Excellent location and very comfortable stay

Negative: On the day of our arrival we received the following note from the host: ‘This building is equipped with a noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 11pm and 8am. Excessive noise and alerts will be treated as a violation and may result in a fine’ We are traveling with young children so this made us feel very on edge and we felt a little under the eye of big brother. I appreciate that there may have been previous guests who party til all hours, but this together with other mentions of fines for damages and loses we felt that it didn’t set the right tone for our stay. On arrival, we found that the tumble dryer and the dishwasher were broken and we felt the need to immediately document and make it known, for fear that we would be held accountable. The host was lovely in her reply so it was all fine.
