Positive: I loved the shower! It was big and spacious. I also loved that the pool was clean and clear. The entire hotel was on the classier side.

Negative: The spa/hottub was not working. It was just warm... the door to the bathroom was SO HEAVY and hard to move closed and shut. The pillowcases had not been changed and it was obvious. I always bring my own regardless tho. Just in case. Also, I was finding myself waking up earlier than I wanted to because the curtains couldn't close to make the room dark completely.

Positive: Very nice looking hotel. Staff friendly.

Negative: The sliding bathroom door rollers came out of the alignment and my 80 + year old father ended up stuck in the bathroom for a while. The front desk didn't have anyone else there helping her. She tried texting other employees but I finally had to call 911 to get the fire department to get the door opened. They used a blood pressure like device to lift the door and get it's rollers realigned. I really hope hotel management tries to fix the issue so that it doesn't happen to someone else. There should be a guard to keep the rollers from sliding out.
