Summary: Upon our arrival in room we wanted to turn on the tv to see weather but there was no on button on the remote so I said to my husband I’ll call the front desk so I looked around the room but there was no telephone so I had to walk down to report it. Then we decided to take a short nap before venturing out but the noise from the highway was so loud we couldn’t sleep so I went back down and asked to be moved to a different area of the hotel and I was told nobody ever complained about that before but she moved us away from the highway which helped some. Also as someone else said as an older couple the slope of the bathtub made it very slippery and dangerous. The rooms there are also only serviced every three days. So my overall assessment is for the price we paid for the room a person could stay some wherever else and get better accommodations

Summary: We have stayed at wingate many times and this time was just the same as the others! Clean room, comfortable feeling, little busier but that’s part of travel!

Summary: The staff frequently said "I don't know" or gave excuses. One day my room was NOT serviced at all and I was not notified that this would occur. When service was provided some items may not be replaced. The 4th floor hallway never looked vacuumed during my 11 day stay. My room had the roof fan sound continuously in the bathroom.
