Our fully furnished, clean, safe, and modern home is a great fit for any trip to Erie, including your family reunion, weddings, holidays, work retreats, graduations, or tourism.
Your entire group can spread out and relax in our large updated 3500 SF home. There is plenty of space to rest, play, study, and work. Our home features an updated well-stocked kitchen ready for you to prepare any type or size meal. If you don’t like the steps, we have two bedrooms and to full baths on the 1st floor.
We have King, Queen, and Full-sized beds, 6 Smart TVS, plenty of USB charging stations, high speed WIFI, in-house washer & dryer, two large common areas for relaxing, a fully furnished kitchen, two eating areas for 12 people and lots of off-street parking.
We love our four-legged babies and prefer to travel with them when possible. If you have small house trained K9 family members, they are welcome in our home. We provide pet beds and kennels. We charge $50 per pet. Please contact us and review the Pet policy before booking our home. Thank you.
The home is located just a few blocks to groceries and a health food store. We are 5 minutes from twenty restaurants. 8 minutes from Presque Isle State Park, 5 minutes from downtown Erie, Millcreek Mall, and 10 minutes from the Casino.

Summary: We loved being within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do and having plenty of space for our families. Host was quick to respond to questions and when we needed the a/c adjusted, he took care of it immediately, which we appreciated!

Summary: My extended family met in Erie for a winter trip. The property was spacious, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen had two ovens and refrigerators that accommodated making meals for the large group. Our kids were also very comfortable in the property. Would stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality.
