Positive: Cozy, well laid out and equipped cottage. Felt right at home instantly and absolutely loved interacting with the sheep and alpacas in front of the cottage. Breakfast was good and the toilet was large with a washing basin. There were lots of hangers and hanging space too! It's the best B&B.

Positive: From the drive up to this lovely abode it oozed positive charm and good vibes. The Animals, Alpacas, Sheep and Chickens were such an added bonus as part of the property... kitchen facilities, grill and beds well appointed. Our experience here was Lovely. We so appreciated Fresh Eggs, and Bread waiting for us.

Positive: Exceptionally clean and appointed, absolutely everything one could possibly need to self cater. Feeding their animals was an added pleasure.

Negative: The road is about 50m away and can be noisy at times.

Positive: Almost everything has been said through various reviews. Spacious and very confortable cottage with a lot of amenities. Quiet place instead the location near à highway. A lot of traffic but noise was not an issue. Good items left in the fridge to prepare your breakfast. Not exactly what we préfer but we bought the complement. Have appreciated to use the laundry. For this property the cherry on the icing cake is of course the présence of 3 alpagas and 2 sheeps. Very cute and adorable. Feeding them was funny. Reason why I give a note of 10.

Negative: Didnt like the communication through messages. Met Scott because I have asked to explain things regarding the laundry. Was the first and last time I met the owner. Deeply regret that during our 10 day trip in Tasmania we have had no verbal and physical contacts with owbers. Probably scared to become sick or be contagious.of any sickness Since the pandemic we have lost the social contact and exchange and joy of staying with particulars. We are just considered as numbers as à stay in a impersonal hotel. To access the cottage a Key is inside à coded box. Code is received just a few hours before arrival.
