Positive: I loved the wait staff, the breakfast, and the scenery. The staff were so nice, and there was just one receptionist the one I explain in our issue who we didn’t like, but everyone else was lovely!!

Negative: When we first got there they put us in a room filled with bugs, dead bugs on the walls, mosquitos flying around, stink bugs everywhere. It was like we were camping. I couldn’t believe it. We asked about the issue, and the receptionist gave us spray and said this is just what Tuscany is like. I said, defn not what 300+ Euros a night should be. So we complained and after some back and fourth they agreed to move our room. The other room was significantly better, cleaner, smelled better, and no bugs!! I don’t understand why that happened, but if you go, defn don’t let them do that. Also the pool was not heated, that is not ok if youre paying tons of mula to stay there.

Positive: The estate is really gorgeous, and the energy of the Dievole staff was superb. We were well taken care of. Food is great, wine is great, amenities are great, I really could not pick a single fault with my stay with them. It was absolutely a pleasure.

Positive: Simply wonderful! The rooms are large and comfortable. The property is simply breathtaking. There are two pools - one is a little more remote, while the other is close to the restaurant and has poolside service too. The restaurant has great food - both breakfast and dinner (we did not have lunch), as well as great drinks served throughout the day. A wine tasting is a must!

Positive: Wonderful staff, food, wine, location, news, rooms & pool. Everything was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond and all of them were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and really comfortable.

Negative: Nothing, but make sure you take bug spray with you for the bites because there’s some mosquitos because you’re in the gorgeous countryside! The food was incredible, we’d have loved the pizza oven to be on some evenings but the menu was extensive so we found pizza locally one day for lunch instead which worked fine!
