Interiors are stylish and beautifully presented offering excellent accommodation for six guests in three bedrooms. This pet friendly property has a large wrap around garden with sea views and plenty of seating, table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining and off road parking.
Port Eynon is one of the prettiest coastal destinations on the Gower Peninsular, a popular holiday hotspot with a cafe, shop, restaurant and soft sandy beach. With easy access from Swansea, this area is perfect for a relaxing weekend away at any time of year.
Sleeps: 6 in 3 bedrooms Beds: 1 x king size bed, 2 sets of king size beds which can be made up as twin beds in both bedrooms, (please request at time of booking).
Accommodation Ground floor Entrance hallway. Boot room: for coats and leads through to a hallway with a bureau desk and a coat stand. Kitchen: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave oven, fridge and a small freezer. (Additional fridge/freezer in the outside storage room.) Dining room: dining table and 6 chairs. armchair, French doors leading to the utility room. Utility room: sink, clothes hanging space, washing machine. Shower cubicle for showering after the beach. Shower room: shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bathroom: bath, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 1: king zip 'n' link bedroom with bedside tables and clothes storage. Bedroom 2: king bedroom with bedside tables, dressing table, rocking chair and clothes storage. Lounge: soft seating,TV, DVD player, CD Player, i-Pod docking station and books/games. Sun room: soft-seating, a coffee table and sliding doors leading to the garden with sea views.
First Floor Bedroom 3: dormer bedroom with restricted head room in places. King zip 'n' link bed with bedside tables, TV, hanging rail, chest of drawers. Ensuite: WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV, DVD player, CD Player, i-Pod docking station and books/games. Outside: wrap around garden with areas laid to lawn, patio and decorative shingle. Private seating areas and an area complete with garden furniture. For families: travel cot and high chair. Parking: off road parking for 2 cars on the driveway and 2 cars on the gravel verge. General: changeover day - Friday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Telephone with incoming calls. Pets: 2 dogs welcome.
