Negative: The a/c was not good. It was so hot at night even when putting a/c on 68. Very uncomfortable especially when sleeping in the first floor bedroom.

Positive: The location was close to the downtown Orlando area, which made it easy to get around . The pool and little arcade were great for the kids.

Negative: The house was not cleaned thoroughly. The walls, carpet and the floors were dirty. There was broken furniture.
