Positive: Really lovely relaxing place, even though there is a fish and chip shop at the end of the property, very quiet with no noise from the roadside. Just what we needed to catch up with family.

Negative: The only niggle we had over the full weekend was getting into the property through the driveway. Due to the fish and chip shop business, cars parked in the way, although once we asked them to move it was rectified. Could be an idea to have no parking in front of the gates at all, so people staying can access the driveway as and when they require.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable beds, nice showers, most of what you need for short break. Plenty kitchen space.

Negative: Tiny bathrooms bit of a squeeze, area is at back of garden of another house, which had work being carried out lots cars and vans and workmen not ideal. Chip shop smell and cars blocking drive in and out. Paying £200 for damage deposit was excessive
