Negative: There wasn’t anything not to like. We are so lucky to have this location 45 mins drive away. We stayed in the cottage for my husband’s 60th birthday with our children and grandchildren. The annex was a huge bonus for my youngest daughter’s family with a toddler and baby. 10/10 So lovely to escape to a little gem in a beautiful area. The comfort in the cottage was warm, the beds lovely, thick towels, beautiful toiletries, abundance of kitchenware. And a very thoughtful welcome gift was a huge bottle of Prosecco . We will definitely return.

Summary: Beautiful cottage in an amazing location. Steeped in history with fabulous walks.
