Positive: This hotel is beautiful. The interior design in the room and restaurant was gorgeous and the pool, grounds and gardens are stunning. The location is just incredible. The staff are fantastic - so friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel's naturalist, Medha, is very knowledgeable about all the local plants, birds and animals and took us on two great walks and was really kind and supportive. All the food is gorgeous and the restaurant staff are great. Our room was lovely - a big and comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, homemade cookies, and a very large and clean bathroom.

Negative: The food is a bit over-priced but apart from that, it was all perfect.

Summary: Wonderful stay in the most gorgeous hotel.

Positive: The location is beautiful amongst a Cardamom plantations and surrounded by tea estates. Super staff : kind, efficient and helpful. The meals at the barn were very tasty. The in-house activities with a naturalist were enjoyable. Not to mention the high tea in the afternoon.
