Negative: There were no No kettle No Mugs or cups No Glasses for drinking water No cutlery No dustbin Had to ask for towels There is a young kid running around with no clothes totally unexceptable No bedside lamps

Negative: Not much Just more cleaning is needed on the kitchen side It's fairly new a business, and a little more attention is needed to keep it 💯 👌 in terms of cleanness More attention is needed to the showers as well Cleaning after use and before the intake of a new client is essential Otherwise, the rest is cool 😎 congratulations!
