The home has a pair of bedrooms on the entry level; one with a Bunk and a Twin with a Trundle, and the other downstairs room has a Twin and a Full/Double, with a shared bathroom just off the bedrooms and living area. Upstairs is another shared 3/4 bath between two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed.
Tahoe Park Beach (open seasonally) has WiFi, picnic tables, BBQs, a playground, horse shoe pits, two piers, and a swimming platform. The group will enjoy the quiet forested neighborhood. The level neighborhood access makes biking along Tahoe’s bike trails easy for anyone.
*Please note that the apartment above the detached garage is leased out to a long-term tenant that uses the garage space to the right and shares the laundry facilities. Do not block right side of garage or access in and out of the driveway to the right side of the garage.

- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
