Location is 10min from Palisades Tahoe with 6,000 skiable acres, 3rd largest in the US. Room with on site sledding for extra fee. Restaurant directly below opens mid December. Pamper yourself at the onsite day spa. Gym, pool, hot tub and sauna access. Average wifi speeds 50MBS down / 15MBS up. New king memory bed. Safe and private location. Private Balcony w/ seating. Pool, hot tub, sauna, restaurant, hiking, and ski hill. There is a bus depot, but it is quite a walk from the place. We advise having a car. There is some Uber, but it is limited.

Summary: Property just as described. Perfect for 2 people. Pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. Host was excellent to work with. I had a personal issue and host went out of her way to help me and and get me into the property. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: I went for a week of skiing/snowboarding at Palisades/Alpine. Very convenient location and a real easy drive to the slopes and into Tahoe City. The owners will respond quickly to any questions. I recommend this unit.
