Summary: Clean room, nice staff. Helpful when needing anything. The place had a nice rustic feel to it.

Summary: Love this hotel! Very comfortable & clean. I was graciously upgraded to a suite for my stay and the room was amazing. This may not be the place for children but for a cozy, restful stay in a place with historic charm, it’s top notch and my absolute favorite stop.

Summary: Small town feel, felt safe walking around at all times of the day. Was in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. AC worked great and beds were comfortable.

Summary: We loved our stay William Watson. The building is steeped in history and our room was very cozy with exposed brick walls and antique furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but please be aware that there is no elevator. We were on the third floor and had to haul our suitcases up the very narrow staircase. It was not a problem for us but certainly could be for some.

Summary: Always my Go-to place to stay in Pittsfield! Great staff, clean, comfortable, and location. Some rooms do not have windows so are really dark inside. But overall great place to stay!!
