Positive: After getting stuck in a storm, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and warm. The parking lot was shoveled and cleared quickly.

Positive: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower worked great. Ac worked great.

Negative: Elevator was noisy. It was faster to take the stairs. Breakfast was just ok.

Summary: Overall it was a great stay. Our BIG family enjoyed our stay in Ilinois.
