Positive: Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very well prepared and fully equipped. We were able to cook meals on site, which made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to the metro station, with easy access to the city center. The place was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children.

Negative: There were a few minor things that were not a problem for us but could be improved. The emergency exit doors on the ground floor, leading directly to the garden, let some cold air in through the gap under the door. However, the heating system compensated for this to a large extent, so it did not significantly affect our comfort. The bed in the main bedroom was very good and comfortable. In the living room, there was a sofa bed instead of a regular bed, which is worth keeping in mind. Depending on individual needs, a standard bed might be more comfortable, but this really comes down to personal preference.

Positive: Quite modern accommodation and very clean. Good water pressure and facilities.

Negative: Had a bit of issues with the room I booked but it was later resolved.

Negative: No lift facility. Washing machine which was told available was not working and staffs unable to fix it. We chose the place as it had washing machine when compared to other options which were close to central London with similar or lesser prices. Very deeply disappointed.

Positive: well turned out and nice finishes, comfortable bed, nice big room, close to tube station

Negative: the bathroom needs a towel rail for the bath towel and a hand towel next to the basin, and a soap dish in the shower also needs some hooks behind the door in the bathroom to hang clothes or a bathroom bag

Negative: Bathroom is very tiny and very impractical . There was renovation going on the above floors so very much noisy as well
