Summary: There was an issue with leaking water from bath which left a stale water smell in the room and a puddle around the toilet which wasn't great. It was cleaned after request which was good however our bin wasn't changed the next day which was disappointing because it had leftover food in it and the sauna wasn't on to use so didn't make much use out of it because the timer system meant that every time we wanted to use it it was cold or by the time it was eventually hot we were about to go for food or check out.

Summary: A tastefully developed pub with ample rooms, stylish appearance and appealing atmosphere. Dinner was a little disappointing (had the buttermilk chicken burger) which felt as if it had been pre-prepared/defrosted and reheated. May have just been an unlucky experience as generally the food reviews are very good and the breakfast was truly excellent and very fresh. Husband's burger was good. Staff very pleasant. We had a waterside suite which looked over the cricket pitch at the back so was quiet. Used it as a base to start the Thames Path walk at its source near Kemble.

Summary: Lovely place with great food, we stopped here for one night on our way back home from snowdonia. Room was clean stylish and comfortable but was on the ground floor right where people at the pub sit and drink so it was very noisy until 10pm at which point I think the staff usher them in. Even then because of how public it is you couldn't have your shutters open so felt a bit dark and shut in. I would recommend one of the other rooms on the river side.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend stay at Wild Thyme and Honey. Everything at the hotel was everything we had expected after reading reviews. The room was so idyllic and cosy with attention to detail. The location was excellent, everything was easily accessible by car. The staff were very helpful and very welcoming. The food was excellent, even the biscuits we were given the morning we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel and I’m sure we will be back again.
