Positive: The quiet isolation was what we needed in the middle of our 25-day trip. We saw deer regularly. It was nice to look out and see the forest with no expectations of being required to do anything. The bed was comfortable and there was a washing machine. I was surprised at how big the accommodations were.

Negative: We had to bring our own linens. It was inconvenient since we were traveling from the USA. However, my cousin took care of us. If you need, they rent the linens.

Positive: Nice and quiet location. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and more. Communication with the host was smooth and nice. We also saw wild animals from the terrace and screen. Wild Lodge lives up to its name 😁 Thank you!

Positive: We had a beautiful 10 day stay at the lodge. The lodge is located at the end of a small, rocky forest road. It is well-equipped with very new and perfectly clean rooms, and it has a nice, large terrace with a beautiful view over a clearing in the beautiful landscape. You can even do a barbecue on the terrace. The hosts are living next door so you get an absolutely quiet vacation in the nature without being completely isolated in the Swedish woods. The place is ideal for activities such as hiking in the beautiful nature reserve nearby, discovering the lovely skerries (about 45-60 minutes drive) or doing some sightseeing in the charming city of Gothenburg. We would strongly recommend a car for a stay at the lodge. Special thanks to host Eric who is very kind and helpful, showed us the lovely rabbit tending farm on the property, and gave us a lot of useful recommendations what to do in the region.

Positive: Sofie en Erik are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The house was great, we felt completely at home, it is also very well equipped. The view from the cabin is magnificent. Though the place is located in the woods, you can visit many different areas from there.

Positive: This is a real gem. While on the plot of a farm it is placed really well to have a full wilderness view. It is well in the countryside yet reasonably close to Gothenburg
