Positive: Loved this place. It was just like going to your own holiday home! It is so large with 4 bedrooms. 2 living areas plus a separate kitchen. It is located in old town a short walk to the town and beach. Old style cottage that has been tastefully restored. We were tossing up to stay here or The Marina , so glad we chose this place

Negative: Nothing all was good.

Positive: House was well presented. Clean tidy. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was spot on.

Negative: Rear garden needed some maintenance. The back lawn needed cutting and weeding. The gas bottle on the BBQ ran out, the spare in the laundry was empty too.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. Would go again.

Positive: Clean and comfortable. Quiet street. Caters very well for families. Thoughtfully set up, eg. night lights in kids rooms, plenty of tissue boxes around, plenty of crockery/glassware/cooking utensils. Host was lovely to deal with!

Positive: We loved the well equipped kitchen and 2 separate living areas. The private, enclosed yard was also wonderful. Host was very friendly (communicated via email). The property suited us very well. We had a family of three and a family of 5. Having two toilets was great. Also enjoyed being able to walk to the shops. We will definitely stay again!

Negative: Although we were generally very happy with the cleanliness of the property we did feel the floors could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. We were happy to mop but the mop and broom provided weren't great. Perhaps have a vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket available for use. Other than that it was wonderful.

Summary: We had a beautiful stay and were very happy with the property.

Positive: We liked how clean and tidy the property was, and the second toilet was a bonus.

Negative: The recycling bin was unfortunately full when we arrived so we fit in what we could but had to take some things home with us as we didn’t want to leave a mess.
