Positive: Value for money for the location is simply excellent. My room was great. Clean, warm, comfortable bed. Could not fault it.

Negative: Nothing really. The corridors are going through renovation but I was told that by the lovely guy who game me that door codes and there was signage in the corridors to apologise for this but it was purely cosmetic. The room was lovely.

Summary: Great value. Excellent location. Would stay again.

Positive: Very convenient location right next to the Tube (Liverpool St). Iron and ironing board available. Room offers a little kitchen with sink, fridge and little stove, even though i didnt use it. The bathroom was small but fine with a very comfortable shower.

Negative: All in all everything felt outdated. The room was very small with not much space to walk around the bed. The tap in the kitchen area did not work. The single glazed windows did not close properly, so the room was very cold. Also noise from outside (I think a generator in the inner court going on/off every now and then), and you could hear people in other rooms very clearly. Hard mattress, pillows were too soft and the duvet was not warm enough for the cold room (i dont prefer sleeping with heating on). Didnt like the old carpet on the floor.
