This stunning house is a stones throw from the beautiful Yaroomba beach. Nestled in a gated estate, the house is perfect for a family holiday with your fur babies. The estate also has a pool and tennis court for extra activities. This beautiful house has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. 3 spacious bedrooms up stairs with a office activity room for the kids to play in or for work projects. Downstairs there is a formal lounge area, Dining, large kitchen, bathroom and Media room. The outdoor area is extra spacious for everyone to enjoy the large pool that also incorporates a lap pool.
We ask guests who have pets with them to be mindful of our neighbors enjoyment of peace. It is important that you take your pet with you when you go out so it doesn't bark. Failure to do this will result in our pet friendly status being revoked.

Summary: The place was a perfect getaway. In a safe and private community, with everything you would ever need. The property was stunning with a wonderful pool and close proximity to the beach. The place looks even better than in the photos online with a bedroom and ensuite that’s incredible. The place is perfect for a family holiday or just a couples retreat

Summary: It was a fabulous home away from home by the beach. We loved it! The books and board games were an added treat. Lovely estate and great position with the beach just over the dunes. The property had so much included. Thanks for a great stayz.

Summary: We were holidaying in July (AU) with our grandchildren and wanted a heated swimming pool. Sadly when we arrived the pool was not heated. We checked the description, again 'heated lap pool' was described, so we phoned and messaged the owner, no reply. The next day we phoned again and was told "there was no guarantee the pool would be heated." Then the owner went on to say the previous guests must have fiddled with the controls and service would need to be arranged. No service provider ever showed up. Then the owner went on to say that the Terms & conditions stated that not everything is guaranteed to work. Got that right! The following day I checked the VRBO description and heated lap pool had been removed from the description, I guest the previous guests must have removed that too. Very disappointed with the outcome. This was a 60th birthday celebration with the family that was soured. The majority of the in-built equipment did not work. The in-built BBQ, coffee machine, and oven were not operational although a second machine was provided. There were swaths of long black hair mopped through the bathrooms and kitchen areas, and mould in bathrooms. Some fittings were rusted, towel rails & BBQ area and windows not clean. We are unlikely to book through this site again if the descriptions are optional.
