Summary: This home exceeded our expectations. The views from the top floor are breath taking. We watched both sunrises and sunsets. We even caught a Space X rocket launch from the top balcony. The home is stocked with everything we could imagine, even things that we didn’t know we wanted were available. The home offers plenty of space for a large family along with a work out room! The beach was not crowded and just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the park across the street for evening walks on the trails to the River. Although we didn’t see any manatees it was enjoyable. There is plenty to do without having to drive anywhere, which is perfect for a large family. It was extremely difficult to leave!

Summary: We had a party of 16 and had an absolutely perfect vacation here at White Surf. A perfect combination of beach and pool. This house had every amenity we could have imagined, from beach chairs and boogie boards to coffee pots and crock pots! The amount of room in this house allowed for everyone to have their own space, when they needed it, and allowed for everyone to gather together any enjoy the company of one another when we wanted to!! The theater room was perfect, especially for March Madness, chairs were comfortable!! The owner was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. We will be back!!! Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Summary: We shared this spacious house with another family with whom we’ve vacationed several times. There were 8 of us ranging in ages from 19 to 70. What was strikingly surprising was the amount of amenities and toys available. We really lacked nothing during our week long stay. We requested that the pool be heated which was necessary during this time in Central Florida (an extra charge but well worth it). It is just a short walk to the beach which was never too crowded. We brought a large dog expecting beach access but found out it was prohibited (a drag, but we worked around it during off hours and noticed many locals doing the same). The movie theater was amazing. Having two kitchens was really useful. We were disappointed that all the bike tires were flat with no available bike pump to fill them. This will likely be resolved by the attentive host, Chris, with whom we let know about this on our last day. The general stocking of supplies was unlike anywhere we’ve stayed. From towels to TP, we lacked nothing. The view from the third floor balconies, East and West were fantastic. There are games, sound systems, multiple TV’s, even an electric piano and a jukebox. We found a few window casings dirty but two of us are professional property managers who routinely scrutinize every place we stay with great depth of detail. Don’t worry though, you’ll love this place. We had an amazing stay.

Summary: Well-equipped with whatever you need. Plenty of everything. Well-maintained. Variety of comfortable spaces for multiple conversations. Beautiful pool area. Elevator. Quiet location. Easy beach access. Beautiful ocean sunrise and sunset views with multiple decks. We rented for a large family get-together with other family staying at a nearby resort. The property was perfect for our gathering. Chris and his son had everything covered with their 24x7 support which we never needed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing kayaking and fishing. Pool & Hot tub were so well designed and inviting. We used the game room and the movie theater!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this awesome and very interesting property!!the house accommodated our various ages..from early 80s to young grandkids.teenagers and adult children.. the house was extremely interesting. Comfortable and all the amenities were amazing.. we had anything and everything we could have wanted..we had the use of two well stocked kitchens.. plentiful bedrooms, and bathrooms, a marvelous movie theatre, a game area and an elevator.. the pool was beautiful. The game room was terrific and was also well stocked for all we could have wanted to enjoy trips to the very nearby beach..the host Chris and his son were a phone call away as needed.. and we had a marvelous time!! Highly recommend this home!!!

Summary: We have a large family. My husband and I do a family vacation every year. We wanted a “chill” and relaxing vacation this year. We have six kids, 3 daughter in laws and four grandkids. 16 in total. The house was a great size for our family. Each couple was able to have a bedroom. There was all the amenities to cook. Each couple did a dinner and we had a nice time just hanging out. The pool was amazing g and perfect for little ones. We had a great time and did not have to worry about anything other than going food shopping. Chris was an amazing host and super responsive to our questions and needs.
