Positive: I was there because my sister was sick and this location was close to the hospital. I was totally in love with the house and the host really made me feel at home. The only complaint I have was throughout my stay we had an issue with cockroaches. This was not the fault of the owner but I feel it was just a season. I went to the store and purchased some bug spray and just sprayed as I seen them but my granddaughter was very freaked out because one was in her room. I contacted the host concerning the bugs and he was very up apologetic and said that he would get someone out to spray. I also need to extend my stay by one day and try to book get through the agency but they tried to make me pay a ridiculous price for one more day. The host was very accommodating and was able to get me a reasonable price for the yesterday. I most definitely will return so I can enjoy the house and Florida.

Positive: I loved how clean it was. They had bikes for us to use , pool toys. They had a wagon for a baby , beach chairs. The owners really put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. I love that!!

Positive: Great location! Right off the causeway, easy ride to beaches, restaurants, and groceries. Easy to get to the mainland for more restaurants and shopping. The house was much more spacious than we expected and NOT cluttered, which we appreciated. Very clean and well maintained with lots of extras! Loved having the gas grill and washer and dryer. Short walk to the pool and docks. Very quiet neighborhood. Rob was easy to reach by email, prompt and very kind in his responses.

Negative: No shampoo/conditioner/body wash - only things not at the house, but Publix grocery store and other convenience stores were a quick drive away. We also had to pick up more laundry detergent because I like to keep up with my laundry and use fresh towels (there are extra towels at the house but we were there for 7 days). Like most of the houses on the island, very small “back yard”.

Summary: Fantastic stay, would stay here again!

Negative: It was unfortunate my trip was not leisurely but I will stay there again to enjoy exploring Jensen Beach and the surrounding area.
