Summary: The service quality was stellar. It was akin to service you’d receive on an all-inclusive down south. Towels available at the pool, text access to concierge for any assistance, extremely friendly and resourceful staff. Our family had an excellent weekend getaway. The weekend breakfast buffet was a great option, even with two kids under 5 in tow.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful, classy hotel. From the minute we walked in, being greeted and bags brought to the room. Decor was superb throughout, fresh flowers everywhere. Room was amazing, roomy, beds were luxurious, best pillows ever had in a hotel. Restaurants and staff were exceptional and we Will definitely return .

Summary: This resort is the only 5-star hotel in the Niagara area and is the major reason we decided to stay away from the falls view hotel big brand hotels. And we are glad we did; this resort is a truly 5 star - amenities, suites, staff everything. The staff are very welcoming, front desk, concierge, bellman etc. They would give great tips to save time and money during a falls tour, parking, food etc. There is a huge mall right across the road, and many attractions are with 10-15 mins. They have a nice, well-maintained garden as well. The concierge could get us a custom tour operator within an hour at very short notice. Bellmen always bore a smile, provided chilled water bottles in the hot weather, never forgot to greet. One suggestion: the suites we had booked had in room safe under the TV in the master bedroom, we didn't see them till the last day. Could you have some signage pointing to where these are in the room, please?
