Positive: We have enjoyed our stay here massively! Not only is this the most unique place we have stayed, the view is simply unbeatable! The cabin was clean and equipped with everything one could need for a short stay. Our dog really enjoyed the big field to run around. Whenever we ran into the owners they were very kind and friendly. Coming from the city centre, this cabin provided an oasis of calm. One bonus was watching the cows changing fields every morning! We will recommend this place to everyone we know!

Positive: The location was great. Isolated and quiet! The cabin was comfortable and has enough space for two people and a dog. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening (be aware though it takes a couple of hours to fill then you need to heat it so be prepared and factor that time in. There is very little signal and no WiFi so bring a book and be prepared to chill off the grid. The dog loved the field to run around in.

Negative: The walk from the car park to cabin is across a field which you are provided a wheelbarrow for. The wheelbarrows aren’t as sturdy as they probably need to be for this trip. It would be amazing if you could mow a path up to cabins to make the trip easier to push it up. The picnic table area was also over grown. I know the reset of the field needs to stay long for grazing but a pathway and around cabin could be kept shorter. There was no coffee in the cabin just tea and hot chocolate. We had rented both cabins and the other one had coffee but we didn’t.
