Summary: I got injured at this property. Glass shattered as I was taking a shower and had to rush to the hospital to get stitches for my cuts. They front desk guy and the cleaning lady came up and cleaned it up. The cleaning lady was more concerned about the injury I sustained. The front desk did not ask me once if I was okay. Terrible place and will never book if I ever come back to Istanbul

Summary: This hotel is located at the perfect location if you're visiting Istanbul. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shop at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. You can't beat this deal! If I go back, I will stay there again.

Summary: One of the best hotels here in Istanbul! I had booked 2 prior which I had to change since they were not the best and once I came here I loved it! Everyone was so nice and caring! Location is the best everything is accessible! SOOO CLEAN and just very homely! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!! Great service
