Positive: The location was excellent for what we needed, near the television centre. It was very easy to get to from King’s Cross. The communication with the property before hand was excellent too. Clear, helpful, easy to follow and friendly information. The apartment is clean and a super base which is great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Excellent location, excellent communication, nice clean property. Great value!

Positive: Location was OK. It was quiet.

Negative: Furniture needs refurbishing. The sofa beds were rather uncomfortable. Windows were difficult to clos.

Positive: The location is the main advantage of this apt. It's a very comfortable location, near tube and bus, good neighborhood with pleasent little gardens around. There was plenty of hot water available at all times.

Negative: We are a family of 5, the apt did not suit us. First of all, There are many many stairs, in a very narrow hallway. It's almost impossible to lift heavy suitcases up the stairs, and in general, it is a big hassle. The apt. Has 2 floors. The discription of 80 mr is very misleading, since its actually half of that!(80mr devided to 2 floors, is actually very small!!). Once the 2 sofa beds are open, there is hardly any space to move! Absolutely not suitable for 5!!! The main bedroom, the bathroom and toilet are all on the upper floor. It is very inconvenient. NONE OF THIS has any mention in the discription on booking!! The apt might suit a couple, or a maximum of 3 people. Otherwise It is very inconvenient and not suitable for families with children. We arrived At 23:00pm, with 3 little kids. we had to open and arrange the sofa beds, only to find dirty sheets, including blood stains. It was very clear that the sheets were nicely folded, but were pre-used and not clean. In the bathroom there was only half a roll of toilet paper and leftovers of soap. An apology from the host didn't quite help at that point, and certainly did not change the bad impression. The dirty sheets and lack of toilet paper and soap was outrageous. Only After complaining to the host, she let us know that there are indeed clean sheets and toilet paper rolls in the apt, but its stored in a LOCKED cabin. If we did not complain, we had no access to this locked cabin. It seems like no one prepared the apt for our coming. It was a very disappointing welcome.
